Not sure whether I can help? Fill out the "Case Review Intake" form. That's the fastest way to a free screening: I'll read it and tell you within a day whether this is a case I handle, and usually quote you a flat fee at the same time, no charge. You can also call (240) 203-9703, but I'm usually working a case and can't always pick up or return every call. The form is the one channel I answer every time, and I'll have your facts in front of me when I do. The screening isn't legal advice. That's what the consultation is for. 

Video Consultation — $100

Forty minutes, one-on-one with me, about your case specifically. Fill out the form, book your time, pay. More than one person can join, so a petitioner here in the U.S. and a fiancé(e) abroad can both be on the same call. If you hire me within 30 days, the $100 is credited in full toward your fee. No obligation either way. 

In-Person Meeting — $200 

Select cases, by arrangement. Note it on the form. Same 30-day credit and no obligation as the video consultation.
